We believe that tea leaves, flowers, berries, spices, and herbs are created perfectly by nature. That's why we don't crush our teas into dust; we let the ingredients infuse their true, full flavors.
Unlike large tea brands that use powder-like teas, artificial flavors, preservatives, and fructose, CHAI IDEAL focuses on:
- No Preservatives and no sweeteners
- All-natural ingredients (No artificial flavors)
- Use of nutritious Freeze Dried Fruit

Our Origin Story
Our story begins with the desire to bring beauty, simplicity, and mesmerizing taste.
Beauty:
When we started, we wanted to create the most beautiful tea packaging in the world, while also paying respects to the sources and inspirations of the tea. We wanted this because we believe that tea is best enjoyed in the company of friends and family. That's why each of our tea boxes is designed to be a perfect gift! We also care about the environmental impact of our packaging...so all of our tea boxes are FSC certified!
Simplicity:
When we started looking for tea, we didn't want to work with traders and opted to work directly with farms - keeping things simple, ethical and transparent.
Mesmerizing Taste:
At CHAI IDEAL, we knew from the beginning that being good enough wasn't our goal. We continuously experimented and refined our recipes until we perfected each tea blend.
